		<description>Try lettuce. Some varieties will come in only a month. If you could supply some of the more exotic or unusual lettuces they  should fetch a pretty good price. To top that off they hardley require much space, per head and is a good choice if you have limited rich soil  -monetary yeild is good per area cultivated.  Lettuce  also requires little care beyond diligent watering. You can also give consideration to introducing pak-choi, a popular high yeilding Aisian green. It  hails from the chinease cabbage family.
