Oblique Twists:
Performing oblique twists regularly will give you a good shape to your body. This exercise requires a stability ball. You have to sit on it and walk ahead until the ball is resting on your back. The body must go till is parallel to the floor. After you have reached it, slowly place your hands behind the head for support and perform slow crunching by lifting the shoulder blades off the ball. After that rotate the right shoulder a bit towards the right and come back to the original posture. Repeat by switching the sides.
Plank Exercise:
This is considered as one of the best stomach exercise. But you have to very careful while performing it and follow the right techniques. Firstly, lie down on the floor facing the ground, forearms, palms must also be flat on the floor. After you are done, push your body off the ground by rising on the toes and resting the upper body on the toes. You have to pay attention that your back must be in a straight line from head to the heels. After this tilt your pelvis and contract the abs which will prevent the butt from sticking up into the air and keep this posture for 20-60 seconds. Then slowly lower yourself to the ground and repeat it 4-5 times. This exercise helps to keep the stomach flat.
